Patrice and Rosette share a passion for food and events. Born in the north of France to Italian parents, Rosette brings a wealth of etiquette and cultural experience to every event she coordinates. Patrice, born too in the north of France, in a small town right along the Belgium border, has dedicated his life to learning the art of cooking. A passionate chef, Patrice devotes his time to perfecting each and every one of the delectable dishes and delicacies he creates.

The couple married in France and came to Canada in the mid-seventies ~ a new beginning for their family. A career in cuisine began in the kitchen of the family owned hotel in Orangeville. Hotel guests were served an excellent selection of fanciful food.

Living in Orangeville for just a few years, Rosette and Patrice moved to Cambridge to work with H&M Catering, a family owned catering company. The couple eventually took over the business. Beginning their catering and cultural experiences in both French and Italian cuisine, now with a strong Canadian influence, the couple has affections for the cuisine of all cultures.
